We are using CTA plugin in our website. Checking with iPad(iOs 7.1.1)/Safari/Private mode we get the following error:

QUOTA_EXCEEDED_ERR: DOM Exception 22: An attempt was made to add something to storage that exceeded the quota.

This error is also present on PC/Safari (v 5.1.7)/Private mode.

The error is visible on the screen?

No, the error is displayed on the console and the page is not working well.

Safari private mode limits local storage capacity. There is no way around this without changing browser settings on the user side.

Basically tracking can only store a certain amount of data in private safari windows

Clear your specific browser cookies and localstorage to reset the data to 0

We can’t ask the Safari users to do that..

This is the look of the site in Safari, Private mode. The site should look like this.

Analytics and private browsing do not work together.

We can’t do anything about this.

It looks like there are other JS issues with your site.

Try using a different slider plugin or loading JS in a different order

We have a backup, without CTA plugin and it works fine.

We removed the CTA plugin, the site is working fine and we’ll find an other plugin to replace CTA.
