Hi! Is this an older installation? If so, is the ‘use old tmp folder’ option still active in the Status tab of the PDF invoice settings? You may also want to check on where the tmp folders on that page are pointing to.
Let me know!

Right, everything is up-to-date except PHP which is still on 5.3.3 – looking at the WP Stats Page ( I’m not sure how accurate that is ) about ~20% is still on 5.3
I do / did have that setting checked but again, because we run our servers in Safe Mode I think is why we are running into issues. Whenever I try to view an orders PDF Invoice I also get the following message:
Safe mode restricts user to read image: .png
The solution is most likely to either turn off Safe Mode or update our PHP neither of which are a huge deal but I wasn’t sure if you guys wanted to support this kind of older stuff so I thought I would bring it to your attention.
Feel free to mark as resolved, Thanks!

Hi! By ‘older installation’, I was actually referring to the PDF invoice plugin, not the server 🙂
I would recommend to uncheck the ‘use old tmp folder’ option and see if that improves anything. Most of the time, wordpress plugins will have a lot more write permissions on the uploads folder than in the root tmp folder. This may even fix the png warning (not sure about that one though).
Let me know if that helps!
