Hello @toddutrup,
I trust, as you said, that the salary settings are enabled in Job Listings > Settings.
The salary field should appear in the job submission form to compile and in the single job posts, like this one (see the salary set at 1000UDS/day).
There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. Let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that:
- Explain how the issue happens, step-by-step. This helps us if we cannot replicate your specific issue on our end. Feel free to attach a screenshot in your next reply if you think it can be useful to me. You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.
- Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WP Job Manager to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.
- Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide.
Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary 🙂
Thanks for the suggestions. As fate would have it, I updated eight plugins today and magically the salary now appears. I’m guessing there was a conflict in the BuddyBoss plugins that was resolved.
