Sales Query – Multiple Users

Hi,
I’m thinking of buying the Pro version – I just want to check that it can do what we want:
We have 27 Exhibitors who need to fill out their details online and will want to add all sorts of fields and checkboxes – do I need the pro version for that?
The main query is whether they will be able to manually add additional delegates to their profile, including their dietary requirements, etc. So in other words a button to add a new row of fields:
ADD DELEGATE >
Delegate 2, Delegate 2 Dietary Requirements
ADD DELEGATE >
Delegate 3, Delegate 3 Dietary Requirements, etcGuessing this isn’t in the free version? But can the Pro version do this?
