    Hi,
    since this morning, i have a sales synchronization problem. On my izettle account my product sales are with the correct amount but in WooCommerce the product is considered to be sold at 0 € with a discount … Why? and how can i fix it?

    Good morning,

    I just released a fix for the problem caused by iZettle changing their datastructure for purchases without informing!

    Upgrade to the new version and do as follows to fix the old orders.

    1 – Refund the faulty orders in WooCommerce NOT iZettle (you can skip this step if you do not use the orders for further processing in an accounting system and prefer to change stocklevels manually later).

    2 – Go to the “iZettle” tab in the left hand menu of the site.

    3 – Check the purchases you do want to change.

    4 – Select “Remove the processed information” as bulk action and press apply

    5 – Check the same purchases again.

    6 – Select “Create Order in WooCommerce” and press apply.

    7 – Change the stocklevel of the products included in the orders manually if you did skip step 1.
