It appears the new version of GravityForms broke this plugin?
I’m getting the same issue as well.
It looks like the new gravity forms sets a “display: none;” to the Form Builder and sets a blank Salesforce page. So while the details are actually there in the code of the page…we can’t change them.
Has anyone seen a fix for the compliance with Gravity forms?
I am having the same problems (blank page on the sales force api configuration and no floating form builder) could somebody help?

Yes I updated salesforce plugin then updated to gravityforms 1.7.12
Evrything was working fine, untill my client told me something is wrong with the online form. So I tried entering the setting page but could not. Then I went to the form to edit it but I could not edit it.
After that I deactivated the sales force plugin and then I could edit the form. So I upgraded the sales force plugin and the gravity forms with no success.
Perhaps try clearing your browser cache?
