Salient child theme

    Hello,
    i installed the menu swapper plugin on the salient theme and it was working perfectly, but later on i decided to create a child theme and after i activated it, the menus disappeared from the pages. The message “No menu assigned!” appeared in place of the menus. Could you please help me find out the issues?
