Salient Theme Mobile Navigation not displaying

    I am using a stacked header with the Navigation menu displaying beneath the Logo on desktop. On my mobile device, the logo appears left of center and there is an INVISIBLE button to display the dropdown Navigation.

    I touch to the right of the logo and I CAN see the dropdown navigation menu on mobile. But there is no toggle symbol indicating that there is a menu there.

    This is Salient 4.11.2
