Salutation case sensitive in response email

Dear colleagues,
I’ve a question concerning a case-sensitive salutation for the response-email.
Case: I’ve created a dropdown with “Mr.” and “Mrs”. I’d liked to implement a condition for the response-email – “Dear Mr. xy” if dropdown “Mr.” was selected, “Honored Mrs. abc” if “Mrs” selected 😉
Any chance to do so?
