Why does it display on 2 lines on the second page
Because there isn’t enough room for the text to display in one line.
knowing that first page is actually a copy/duplicate of the second page.
That’s incorrect. The first page is using GB’s container with a container width of 1200px and 10px of left and right padding:

The second page is using GP’s default container of 1200px and 40px all around padding so there is actually less space:

Please forgive me if I’m wrong but I see the exact same settings for the “parent”/first container, that is a container width of 1200px and 10px of left and right padding.
Look here: Page 1 Vs Page 2
The difference is indeed that the Page 1 is using the default value
while
Page 2 is using the full-width value.
I’m not sure I understand what happens. I mean, as long as the container is set with the width of 1200px, how can the layout be different? Is it the full-width of the page that the extra 30px you noticed as padding?

The default content container will add the default theme paddings along with your container paddings.
