    Hello,

    I use Gravity forms for our reservation-form. The issue is that the notification-emails are send twice or three times. Sometimes with a time lap of two or more days. GF did not respons in a helpful way, so i hope you can give me information to solve this problem. With regards, Albert

    When you get a chance, could you please let me know if all other emails example test email from WP Mail SMTP are also sent multiple times? With the forms, users might have reloaded the page to submit the form multiple times, or your form notifications are configured to send multiple emails.

    Hi Sanjeev,

    excuse me. I choose for another option. After the visitor submitted the form he/she was redirected to a Thank-you page. After this change there were no more duplicate submissions.
