    Same host, Same Domain name, cant restore back up. i get an error when trying to restore from the .wpress file.
    I changed by hosting contract with the same host. but to do so they said they had to cancel the old one. and when they did they messed up my site after resetting the hosting up.
    Error:
    Cannot restore this backup! Free Version doesn’t support site migration and can only restore backups created on the same domain, host and server. This backup has been created on /homepages/23/d1011911010/htdocs/clickandbuilds/BrooksAV/ and you are trying to restore the backup on /homepages/28/d4299101308/htdocs/clickandbuilds/BrooksAV/. Get WP Staging Pro to restore this backup on this website.

    Hi @chromezilla

    The error you’re seeing is due to the change in the directory path between your old and new hosting accounts. Even though you’re using the same host and domain, this is considered as a migration because the server path has changed.

    Please note that the migration feature is only available in the Pro version of the WP STAGING. As per the forum rules, we can only provide support for the free version here.
