Same order, one Affiliate, multiple referrals

I just saw that one of my Affiliates had 3 referrals at the same time, looking further into this, they are all the same order. But the amount of 10% is applied to each referral. (Meaning, he now gets 30% commission instead of 10% because your plugin is adding the same order several times). How can this be. Now I rejected them manually but this is something that should be automatic. One commission is paid out per order.
