same posts in different language appears in related posts

    hi,

    I am using YARPP related posts and with the Ceceppa Multilingua plugin the same post in different language appears at the bottom of each post.

    I want that not to show as I only want different posts to be shown that are related to the article. It’s not necessary to the reader to see other languages as he/she will already choose a language to read the posts.

    Same issue here.
    I’m gonna try other related plugin, although YARPP is the best, and i fear the same behaviour with others plugins as well..

    update: i’ve tried different plugins with no luck, as i feared…

    – CP related posts
    – Efficient related posts
    – Nrelated content
    – Contextual related posts

    They all display posts in all languages..

    hey there eyephone21,

    I couldn’t solve the issue, and other plugin (Ceceppa Multilingua) issues. The author of Ceceppa Multilungua never replied to any of the threads, I started so I deleted the plugin and purchased WPML (http://wpml.org/). Now everything works perfect.

    Hi anniedmn, I’m sorry for the delay…
    Usually I reply to everybod soon as I can, but the last weeks I was very bus, and unable to reply to the topics…
    Anyway tomorrow I’ll do some tests with the plugin that you and eyephone21 wrote…

    Hi, I don’t know if this is still open but how I fixed the issue:

    On your main menu structure, add blog as a category rather than a page and attach all posts the blog category.

    This is then only display posts in the selected language 🙂
