    Hi there,

Can i get an explanation for this: Allow same base slug to be used for individual plugins

Does that mean i don’t have to rename it like this any more

    https://snipboard.io/Tvau35.jpg

And instead of renaming the plugins as number 1 and number 2 and number 3, i can just rename all of them number1 and number 1 and number 1 ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
Using the same base slug for individual plugins, means you can use the same prefix, followed by a unique slug for each individual plugin. Per your particular set-up, you can leave as is (e.g. number1, number2, number3 etc) or/and use same base slug (e.g. modules/number1, /modules/number2, number3 etc).

You should try and activate as many as possible options to ensure WordPress is being hided through the outputted code. Keep in mind that, the free plugin is limited so for large sites, you may need assets post-processing with CSS class/id and JavaScript variables replacements
Also some of the WordPress detectors use internal caching, meaning even if you do changes on your site html, they will still return the same results. You may want to wait for a while, until their internal cache expires and re-parse the html.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I got you thank you so much, can’t i make it instead of number1, number2, number3 to be the same as number, number, number. I mean to use the same name for all the plugins or this will make a conflict ?

Also can be there is an option where it auto populate the plugin name with any name ? As when installing new plugins they don’t have a value in it to be masked and sometimes we forget to write a value for it, do you get it ?

Does this update support php 7.4 & wordpress 5.3.1 ?

    Hi,
Sorry but each option value need to be unique to avoid conflicts. So you can still use the same base slug, but the rest of it need to be unique.

I see what you mean, but at this point you will need to make adjustments accordingly to your needs, so there will be no auto-setup for newly activated plugins.

Yes the plugin works with PHP 7.4. and latest WordPress 5.3.1

    Thanks
