sameAs Markup Not Being Output to Static Homepage

I’ve included URLs in the sameAs meta box and none of them are being output to the source code on a static homepage. It works for the other pages, but for some reason not the static homepage. I remember Yoast having problems with the static homepage recently as well, perhaps it’s related.
