Could you explain what you mean by the samphona effect? I don’t recognize that word or effect?

Hello. Thanks for your reply. What I mean by samphona effect is when you click the question, the answer show up bellow like drop down.

Here is the link of the demo faq.
Basically, what happens is, when you click the question, it changes to another page, and show the single question page. I don´t want that, I need it to be viewed on the main faq page only.

It appears to us that you have not used the shortcode. The URL is linked to the FAQ archive. To remediate, create a page FAQ, and add in the following shortcode : [ultimate-faqs]
Then, go into your FAQ Settings > Basic > FAQ Toggle, and set it to “Yes”. This will allow your FAQs’ answer to reveal when the FAQ question is clicked.
