Sandbox Credentials Not Allowed

    Hi,
    I am trying to get my store connected but it’s not working. I am not testing in a live environment I am trying to set things up first in a test environment. I followed the instructions but keep getting this:

    Sandbox credentials not allowed in this environment. Please check your permissions and try again.

    How can I resolve?

    Hi @dawebmaster,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It appears that you are trying to use FedEx Sandbox credentials, which is unfortunately not supported.

    The plugin is designed to work with live credentials for the production environment. To resolve the “Sandbox credentials not allowed in this environment” error, you will need to use production credentials instead of Sandbox credentials.
