Sandbox Error

Dear Support Team,

I can´t use the sandbox. I logged in with the credentials of developer.dhl.com but it`s not working. If I click on “create label” in an order, this error comes up: Please, provide a participation number for the shipping method in the DHL shipping settings.
How can I use the sandbox modus?
