    I have seen a dozen a posts about it here. I have managed to change the colour of it, for those who are still looking:
    #wt-cli-privacy-save-btn {
    background-color: #your colour in hex;
    color: #ffffff;
    }

    The question is, what’s the code to change the actual text? I am not interested in any translations, adding them anywhere and waiting weeks for approval, I just want to change the text on that button. It’s silly that this has been overlooked.

    To change the text of the Save & Accept button, we can provide a code snippet. Kindly copy the code from here to your site’s active child themes functions.php. In the code please edit the text “confirm my choices” and add your own text there.
