    Hi,

I am trying to save a newsletter as a template… but it doesn’t show up in the list of templates afer I save it.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
Should I just export and import instead of save?
And is there a way to delete templates from the list?
Either the standard ones or templates I have added myself (if I get it to work that is 😉 )

    thanks!

    update:

export + import works, so I can continue now since it isn’t too much more work than just saving as template, though I do think the save option is something that should work as well (and for me it doesn’t)…

also found out I am able to remove my custom templates, but not the standard ones.
I would like to be able to at least have the custom ones at the beginning. This is making it hard for my clients to find the correct template…

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The “save” option should work. Are you receiving any error message when trying to save the template? If you wish, you can use the blue speech bubble on any of the plugin pages to get in touch with directly and we will troubleshoot this on your own site.

As for removing stock templates… currently it’s not possible but we plan to revamp the template selection screen to group templates by categories, allow searching and hiding unwanted templates. No ETA, so stay tuned!

    Regards,
    MailPoet Team.

not a clue what went wrong last time… this time no problems!
I guess I must have done something wrong (thougn don’t know what…) but issue solved!

And thanks for looking into the custom vs standard templates!
    Thanks for your time.
