Yesterday I used “Auto Import Tables” to add 3 XLSX files from file on server.

It worked great, and I uploaded a new XLSX several times, and clicked “Save Auto Import Configuration” to update the table instantly, which also worked great.

Today I try to make a new table, and then auto import table, but now when I click “Save Auto Import Configuration”, it does not work, and I instead get sent to wp-admin/admin-post.php where it says “Sorry! That page doesn’t seem to exist.”

What can I do to try to fix this?

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

This indicates that something on the server is blocking the request, presumably for too-strict security reasons.
Here, you will have to check the server’s error log file and then relax the configuration of whatever server software caused this, potentially together with the web host support team.

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thanks! After mailing back and forth for umpteen times with my hosting provider, they solved it, and this was their answer/the solution:

I have checked the server error logs and could see that the issue with the plugin edit on https://_______/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tablepress_import was due to a mod-security hits.

Now I have whitelisted the mod-security rules that were causing the issue. Please verify the the same from your end and let us know if any issues persists.

Just wanted to add it here in case others run into the same problem 🙂

    Regards,
    Bjarne
