Please be kindly informed that this might be caused by the conflict with the theme or one of the activated plugins on your website. Unfortunately, we are not able to recreate the bug, so please try to switch the theme to default one and deactivate all side plugins, check if the Save action works, and after that activate plugins one by one to find the one that is causing the problem. If the problem still persists, please contact us here for a more accurate investigation
