Save button missing

Hi there,

We noticed that the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the general settings page sometimes isn’t showing up, making it impossible to save the settings. Even when you scroll all the way down to the bottom of both scrollbars, the save button is still not visible.

The cause of this issue is that the “errors in diagnostics” warning at the top of the page is pushing the section down, which is interacting poorly with how the section’s height/overflow are set up.
