Save button not active

Hello,

I am using the latest version of your plugin and am having a challenge with it. When I make changes, the save button remains a checkmark and does not change to the save icon. Therefore any changes that I make, I am unable to save them. I have recently starting using a caching plugin and I am not sure if that is causing the problem or not. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin as well as deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Thanks for any help you can offer.
