    Hello,

We have a couple of feeds which have been running (active urls) for a long time. We are trying to add some custom fields and, although we are able to add/remove them, clicking the save button does nothing …

We tried the procedure on some disabled feeds which we were able to save.

We have enabled “Show only basis attributes in field mapping and filter/rule drop-downs” setting due to not being able to view the settings in the past.

Is this a known issue and is there a workaround?

    Thank you.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Can you share with us a screenshot of the fields you tried adding so we can try to replicate the issue at hand?

Hello, we suspect that this is caused due to heavy load on our server’s resources (many imports/exports being executed within the day). We are in the midst of upgrading our plan and will come back with the results.

    Thank you.

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us again in-case you need our help again.
