Save Changes Button to 404

    Hello,

    I have created a calculator for the Home page of a client site. There are a lot of fields because there are many different calculations they needed. Now any time I am trying to update something in the form settings, when i click the Save Changes button it sends me to a 404 page and the changes don’t get saved. Please let me know what to do to resolve this. Thank you.
