Save Changes Not Working

Hi all,

I have been trying to update my custom project sorting under settings. When I go to hit save changes. The button will click in and for about 30 second freeze the page and then click out. It won’t update my changes as well.

I have cleared my cache, restarted my browser & computer, updated word press, updated my computer, deactivated all plugins & switched to unedited default theme. Any idea what the problem would be?
