Please reset your settings and configure them again. The plugin uses browser cache to minimize API calls to the server, which could potentially cause this issue.
If issue still persists, Could you also replicate all the steps you performed on your site here, please?

I have conducted multiple tests on the plugin, but I haven’t encountered this particular issue.
