I’m sorry, but does the foregoing link mean I need to upgrade the blog? May I ask ‘why’ the blog changed? Where did the “Save Draft” go and why has everything changed on it? Is it because it needs to be upgraded. When its time for an upgrade do they shut your blog down, because that’s the way it is right now. I can’t do anything on it.

If so, then you’re in the wrong place. You need to ask your questions on http://support.wordpress.com.
This site is ww.wp.xz.cn. The “ORG” vs. “COM” makes a big difference.
