    Hey @humanatv,

    thanks for reaching out.

    This happens when your server blocks open_basedir or PCLZIP (the library included in WordPress to create ZIP files).

    Please get in touch with your hosting provider and double-check that there aren’t any issues in Simply Static -> Diagnostics.
