Save form data to user's profile

Hello all,

I’m looking for a simple way for a user to create an account on my website, fill out a few forms, then save that form data to their account so that they may view it any time.

Think of these forms as worksheets. These worksheets are open-ended questions and will only be seen by the person who filled out the worksheet. I don’t need access to this data (like I would a contact form). These forms are for self-reflection. I want the user to be able to log-into their account and see all the forms they’ve filled out.

I would also like the website to take the user (once logged in) to their own, simple, dashboard page that will allow them to fill out a new worksheet or see any saved forms they have filled out in the past.

What’s the best way to achieve this?
