save form not working

    I keep trying to personalize the optin forms but when i save my work and leave page with the copied code to paste on the page i desire, it pastes the generic unedited version that shows up when you first enter the plugin. This is super frustrating as i have deactivated and activated several times. I cant quite understand what is going on.

    did you by any chance paste the entire MailChimp HTML code into the Form Action URL?
