Save modifications options for a template

    Hello,

    I would like to know if it is possible to save the modifications made to a template. I prefer to create my own template rather than using an existing one. There are many options to change in the default template, and I’m not sure if it’s possible to save my configuration to avoid having to redo the same setup for each new gallery.

    As soon as I make a modification, the template switches from the “default template” to “none.” If I save, whenever I create a new gallery, my saved settings are no longer there.

    It’s quite time-consuming to customize everything each time because I have a lot of galleries to create with the same template, and being able to save different templates would be ideal.

    Thank you very much for your plugin. I’ve tested more than 10 gallery plugins, and this one is by far the best for me.

    At the moment, there is no built-in functionality to save custom templates for reuse. However, we understand how valuable this feature would be, and we’ve already included it in our product backlog for future development.

    In the meantime, we can help set your desired options as default settings so that they apply to all new galleries. If you’d like us to assist with this, please contact us at [email protected] and provide temporary admin access to your site. Our team will configure the settings accordingly.

    Starting from Re Gallery v1.16.5, the ability to reuse your custom templates is now available. 🎉 Simply create a gallery with your desired options, and the template will be automatically saved. You can then easily apply it to multiple galleries without having to repeat the setup each time.
