Can you tell me more about that? Did the system return any errors or messages when students tried to save their progress with no results?
Did you notice the issue occurred after a core/themes/plugins updates or after any particular change?
There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. We’d also like to try replicating this at our end and open an issue to escalate to our tech team. To do all of this, let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps:
- Explain how the issue happens, step-by-step. This helps us if we cannot replicate your specific issue at our end. You can share screenshots if that helps (just hide any sensitive data). You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.
- Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re unsure how to check those logs, your web host can help you.
- Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Sensei to see if there’s a plugin conflict.
If you can’t find a plugin, it may be the theme. Would you please try to switch the theme to one of the defaults to see if that helps?
