    Hi

    I have some doubt around how Save and Publish button are showned. If we create a new post I think the button should be “Publish” and when edit an existing post then it should be “Save”. Right now both are present and its confusing user which button to use. We have also some doubt on the “Save & Preview” etc all button seems to publish post. So question is how to use the different action buttons here?

    We are using Twenty Seventeen theme, don’t know if its theme related that incorrect button is shown, any idea??

    Hi,

    I believe the Publish button only is shown (if not hidden) when status <> published, at least this is how it is intended.

    Save button is always present (if not hidden)

    You han hide the the different buttons in Frontier Post settings

    I believe it makes sense

    Ok so when a new post will be created and status is set to be published then both button should visible?

    If post is published, publish button should not be visible

    Ok fine I think I get this now.
