    Hi,

I need to uninstall and then reinstall the plugin, but I don’t want to lose all my settings. Is there a way to export the settings and then import them into the new installation?

    Regards,
    Umberto

    Hi @umberto69 ,

I would be more than happy to assist you today.

You can use our Export/Import tools from the GamiPress menu -> Tools -> Import/Export.

You can export and import all data and settings in GamiPress.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I actually meant Points Types, Achievement Types, and Rank Types, along with all the levels created and the icon images assigned.

    Hi @umberto69 ,

    Thank you for your clarification.

If you navigate to the menu GamiPress menu -> Tools -> Import/Export, you will see a different submenu for each gamification element like Point types, Achievement Types and Rank Types, and you can import or export them.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi,

When I click Export or Import, nothing happens. But there are no activities at the moment, only what I created in the settings, so I think that’s the reason. I’d like to save the settings I’ve changed, the layers I’ve created, and the icons I’ve inserted.

    Regards,
    Umberto

    Hi @umberto69 ,

You can export all elements from your GamiPress setup using the “Setup” tool inside the “Import / Export” menu.

In order for this tool to export featured images or icons they need to be public accessible.

You can read more information about the setup tool here: https://gamipress.com/docs/tools/import-export-tools/#setup-tool

    Best regards.
