Save settings fails

I cannot save the changes after modifications in the settings tab of UpdraftPlus (1.24.11).

A loading spinner appears, but nothing else happens.

When checking the devtools console, I see this error (this is from my staging environment but the same error appears in production environment):

The command jQuery.fn.jquery outputs '3.7.1'.

With this issue, UpdraftPlus is unusable. What can we do about it?

Hi!

Can you try and uninstall UpdraftPlus, deactivate other plugins, then reinstall UpdraftPlus. Once reinstalled, setup the plugin as before and save your changes.

Let us know if that helps. Of course, you can activate your other plugins afterward.

First, sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately, your proposed fix is not applicable for us. It’s a production site. We cannot deactivate the other plugins. In our staging site this issue does not appear.

Is there anything else we can do to resolve this issue?
