The reset option and deactivating the plugin should remove all your settings. It’s possible there could be some corruption in your database in which case you might try one of the WordPress database plugins that lets you optimize and repair the DB.
You are using the latest versions of the plugin and WordPress I assume?

I’m on a multisite installation so perhaps that is an issue. Yes, I have the latest versions. I’ll look into a DB plugin but everything else seems to be working fine. Strange though that the buttons just don’t do anything when I click them.
Do you have a link to the site it’s running on?
I’m going to see if there is any weird behavior I missed on multisite installs in the next day or so. Thanks for you patience.

I tried deleting and reinstalling again but it still has the same behavior and none of the settings were reset.
Will be looking at it soon. What version of WP is this? I’ll set up a test environment with that version to see if I can pinpoint anything.

Got the update. Still didn’t fix my particular problem π
Sorry had the flu and just got back to looking at things. Sorry the latest update didn’t solve the problem.
Ok, so just to be sure we are working with a clean version let’s do the following:
In the admin panel -> plugins
Deactivate LBP
Delete LBP
Plugins -> Add New
Lightbox Plus -> install -> activate
In LBP settings reset Lightbox Plus to ensure that all any leftover settings have been removed and updated to the latest version.
Then let me know if you are getting anything. Also make sure your images a linking to the media file.

I did that and nothing π
Remember though, I can’t reset settings because the button doesn’t respond to my click! (which is the main problem)
Images are linking and lightbox is working but just can’t change any settings at all.
I’m using a multisite install to see if I can replicate.

And just to repeat, it WAS working before. I think the last wordpress update is when it stopped.
Hi guys… Just to let you know I’m getting the same issue now.
It didn’t happen before and the new update hasn’t solved it.
Just putting my two pence in to let you know you’re not alone with this issue.
