Save state open / hidden

Can I keep the state open/hidden for the user?

On the index page – the slider is visible by default.
The user hide the slider and went to another page.
Then the user returns to the index page and the slider is visible again.

Is it possible to transfer the state spoiler selected by the user – if it is hidden, it is hidden, if visible, then visible. (Even after leaving the page and returning).
