Thank you, please could you change UpdraftPlus >> Settings >> Show expert settings >> Split archives every to 50MB and then Save Changes and retry the backup and re-share the log file?
I am not certain this will solve the issue as Dropbox is reporting an incorrect offset which basically means a file size discrepancy. If this continues to occur I will ask the plugin development team for an opinion.

Thank you for that. Whilst I consult with my colleague, as a last troubleshooting measure please could you re-authenticate your Dropbox account and attempt another backup and share the log? You can remove the current setting by clicking the link shown in here.
