Just to confirm that I was trying to replicate the same thing.
First thing is to find the stream post with the image, and then add it to saved posts.
Next, switch to saved posts and remove this newly added post with the image from the saved posts right?
I did all of that and nothing strange happened.
The post was easily removed.
If that is what you tried but post is refusing to be removed, please contact us directly on our website so our support agents can actually go on your website and test what is going on there directly.
Alternatively you can try to clear your cache if you’re using some third-party caching plugin.
