Saved profiles missing

    Hi there,

    just noticed that the saved and unsaved profiles are missing on the profiles tab. Maybe this could be related to the last plugin update (2.4.1).

    It would be great to confirm this issue to prevent investigating in vain.

    After further investigation I can confirm that the issue is not related to the 2.4.1 update. I managed to successfully update several installations from 2.4.0 to 2.4.1 where profiles were not lost.

    I still wonder how profiles can be lost, I would appreciate any clarification on this matter if possible.

    Hi there, we don’t have other reports of saved profiles gone missing, but it may be helpful for you to know that profiles are stored in the wp_options table as wpmdb_saved_profiles. If this option was deleted or corrupted, it could explain why your profiles have gone missing.
