Saved Settings Not Working

    This plugin was working fine and then it suddenly changed my saved settings to the default buttons. It flips back and forth between the two. If I refresh my page, it may show my personalized settings, then when I refresh the page again, it shows the default buttons.

    I have deactivated/reactivated and cleared my cache.. nothing work. I even looked at it from my work computer and it shows the same thing. So there is something wrong with your plugin.

    You guys take forever to respond to help desk tickets…. can you please fix this issue. It is SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi @bijoufashion,

    So sorry for the frustration! We’ll do our best to make sure the plugin is working properly for you, but I will need your help. First, can you enable the plugin? Once you’ve done that, please send me the URL to your website? I’d like to look into why your settings are not being saved, and why they revert back to the default settings.

    The plugin is enabled. I submitted a help desk ticket like 4 days ago, can you guys not respond to that? I would much rather address the issue without posting all of my information on this public support forum.

    Hi @bijoufashion – We are experiencing a high support request volume right now, so I apologize for the delay.

    It looks like you have multiple Shareaholic accounts for your site and multiple listings of your site in your shareaholic.com account, which means your settings definitely got confused. I replied to your support ticket with information, including the solution to this 🙂
