Hey @mta1,
Deactivating Custom Product Tabs won’t cause your saved tabs to be erased. Your saved tabs live in the WordPress options table. Have you recently changed your database prefix maybe? Used a database optimization plugin?
If you’re taking regular backups of your site you could look back at the database and see if you can see yikes_woo_reusable_products_tabs or yikes_woo_reusable_products_tabs_applied in the options table.
You could also look for those options in your current database and see if they contain anything.

I’m sorry for not responding sooner. I was able to create a Local by Flywheel installation and deploy a backup from before the problem occurred. From that I was able to extract most of the missing custom tabs manually.
