Saving and Editor

I have a serious issue since I upgraded to the latest version. Anytime I try to update a widget, it won’t save it, and my visual and text editor are completely NOT working. I can’t save anything, and nothing is showing up in visual. I’ve deactivated and reactivated all my plug-ins. That didn’t work. I tried clearing caches and browser settings. Nope, didn’t work either. I tried restoring a backed up version of my site to when it was working. Still no luck. Someone please help me, I have been trying to code everything and this is ridiculous. However, even when I text in code, it still won’t save if I make even just one change in the editor. I don’t want to downgrade if I don’t have to and would really like some help.
