    Hi,
    Greetings!

    I am getting below error while saving. I tried to save by pressing Shift key but no success. I am not able to update anything.

    Error Message “Saving failed: AJAX call failed: error – Internal Server Error. Try again while holding down the “Shift” key.”

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    This is indicates that something on the server is raising an error. For example, the PHP Memory Limit could be reached. As a first try, could you therefore please try increasing the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT constant in the wp-config.php file to something like 512M via the help of https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP ?

    Dear Tobias,

    i opened wpconfig.php file by cpannel……but there is no entry like wp_memory_limit……. i can only use 27 rows in a table….

    Please help

    Hi,

    if the line is not there, you can simply add it, preferably near the line with WP_DEBUG.

    Hi,

    that’s strange. If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)?
