Saving My Navigation Links

    I have a few questions about setting up WP on mult. sub domains on the same site….

    1. I have 45 + sub domains on my particular site… does that mean I need to create 45 + mysql database?

    2. It took me awhile to configure my blog – specifically, if you navigate to my site http://www.resourceslive.com, you’ll notice that I created links to my 45 sub domains on the side panel… I don’t want to have to go through this process every time I upload WP to a new sub domain. Are there certain files that I can simply transfer over to my subdomains from the setup on my main site?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

    1. Even if not 45 databases… but for sure 45 installs with 45 different table prefixes!

    2. The theme files you can always “transfer” = copy over from your main site but I don’t know of any method that would let you to use 1 file in 45 installs. Sorry. (Maybe someone else has an idea about this.)

    2) As an alternative to copying:
    If you “own” the server or have lots of user rights or a friendly/helpful host AND it is a *nix server you could look into symlinks to link the one theme folder to all of the blog installs.

    (Edit: before a mod smacks me down, that’s as far as I’ll go with THAT topic!)
