Saving options after updates

    I wish the gallery settings, like legacy mode and no slideshow, was saved after updates. Now they go bak to default (?) and I have to change them after every update.

    Hi @torstein70,

    We are sorry for the inconveniences created. I am assuming that you got the settings reset after updating to one of the previous 2 updates. Apparently the problem with the settings not being saved on update should be resolved in the latest NGG update.

    This also happened after the 3.3.17 update….

    Hello @torstein70,

    One way the settings can go completely back to default is if you trigger the reset settings option on NextGEN Gallery.

    Nevertheless, it seems that in your case is only whenever you update the plugin.
    Please describe the exact steps and if possible, share with us a screenshot of those settings that get lost, We would like to try to replicate the issue and report that back to the developers.

    Sorry for the late reply. All my settings were preserved correctly after the latest update, 3.3.20.
