• Hi,

    I’m using other service and trying to save my credentials. I tried to update the password, but it is not saving it. so when ever I send an email, I get an error that password issue. For some reason, the updated password is not saved, it tries to go back to the old password during activation.

    Sending is paused because SMTP prevents MailPoet from delivering emails with the following error: Expected response code 250 but got code “535”, with message “535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at

    Hi there Dev,

    Could you clarify how you are trying to save the credentials? You should just be able to input the correct username and password and save, it’ll then be updated on your site.
